What is cold-process soap?
Cold-process soap is made by blending plant oils with an alkali solution, then allowing time to do the rest. Each batch is poured into moulds and cured slowly for 6 weeks. This traditional process creates a firm bar with naturally occurring glycerin.
Can I use the soap on my face and body?
Yes. Our soaps are carefully formulated for both face and body, so one bar can become part of your everyday cleansing ritual. As everyone's skin type is different, we recommend trying it on a small area first if your skin is especially sensitive.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our soaps are designed to be gentle enough for sensitive skin. Our base formula was developed and refined over a long period of time to create a mild, balanced cleanse. However, every person's skin is different, so we recommend checking the full ingredient list and testing the soap on a small area first.
Are your soaps natural?
Yes. Our soaps are made with plant oils, botanical ingredients and natural fragrance blends. Each ingredient is carefully chosen, and every bar is made from scratch using the traditional cold-process method. Full ingredient lists are available on each product range.
Why does my soap look slightly different?
Every bar is handcrafted in small batches, so slight differences in colour, shape and botanical details are natural. These small variations are part of the beauty of handmade soap. No two bars are exactly alike, which means the one in your hands is truly one of a kind.

How should I store my soap?
Keep your soap on a well-draining soap dish and allow it to dry between uses.Do not leave it sitting in water. Keeping the bar dry will help it stay firm and last longer.

Every bar is handcrafted in small batches in Auckland, New Zealand.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has been sent.
What if my order arrives damaged?
